Hey guys there are certain preset beleifs we have always fron olden times but they are not true. Here are few
1) White patches are caused by Vitamin or Calcium deficiency
2) You can get white patches if you eat fish with milk
3) Acne are caused by eating chocolates, oily foods, etc
